Inspiration and cooking
Hey dear reader , hope you are doing well. The last few weeks have been like I don’t say uneasy for me. Well we are all trying to be our best, aren’t we?
Today I had a wonderful thought about the state of animated movies. I realized that all those animated movies including UP, Wall-E , Toy Story always left me hopeful of a better future irrespective of what you are today. I watched “Ratatouille(2007)” recently and I believe in the coming years it will be marked as a class movie for anyone searching inspiration towards life or cooking. I would put in my list of top movies about cooking along with “Chef(2014)”. I think we can all agree with Gusteau’s quote “Anyone can cook” and one from Egon , “Not everyone can become a great artist, but a great artist can come from anywhere”. The movie hits on so many levels. What means to have passion, to pursue something that others including your own family considers as not the natural way. Of I had put this one out there for why we need good critics.

Import to take away “But there are times when a critic truly risks something, and that is in the discovery and defense of the new. The world is often unkind to new talent, new creations. The new needs friends.”
The movie had wonderful animation that will hold up for a long long time. Colette in the movie provides the some interesting perspective to be a female chef in a male dominated industry. It is not easy to create change when you are only few but you have to try anyways for yourself and the for future people who look up to you.
